When will I get my order?
It typically takes 4-9 business days to process your order.
Delivery times depend on your location:

🇺🇸 United States: 3–6 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 2–5 business days.
🇩🇪Germany: 3–5 business days

Damaged Or Missing Order
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, we offer complimentary replacements within 21 days of delivery. Please email photos of any damage to hello@nicotofu.com so we can assist you and file a claim if needed.
We will replace the product or refund the full purchase price, including shipping fees, for any defective or damaged items.
If your package is lost in transit and tracking has not updated, you can report the issue within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms the order is lost, we will cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping.
Where are your products manufactured?
Blank products are sourced from Japan, Latvia, or the United States, and printed and assembled by Printful’s in-house team, resulting in less waste compared to conventional manufacturing.
Return, Exchange and Cancellation
Returns & Exchanges: All items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or something is missing from your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Will you sign a copy for me?
All prints are created outside the studio and shipped directly from the printer, so I cannot sign prints.
