When will I get my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days across Australia (including processing and shipping time).
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your exact location and local courier conditions.
Damaged Or Missing Order
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, I offer complimentary replacements within 30 days of delivery. Please email photos of any damage to hello@nicotofu.com so I can assist you and file a claim if needed.
I will replace the product or refund the full purchase price, including shipping fees, for any defective or damaged items.
If your package is lost in transit and tracking has not updated, you can report the issue within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms the order is lost, we will cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our blank products are sourced from Australia and Asia, then handmade in Melbourne by me, resulting in less waste compared to conventional manufacturing.
Return, Exchange and Cancellation
Returns & Exchanges: All items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or something is missing from your shipment, please contact me as soon as possible so I can resolve the issue.
Will you sign a copy for me?
Yes, all copies are signed by me before they're shipped out.
